DF63 Series 15A 3.96mm Pitch Wire-to-Board Connectors
The DF63 Series connectors are designed for internal power supply applications, offering a robust and reliable solution for high-current needs. These connectors feature a secure mating mechanism with a clear tactile click, preventing incomplete connections and improving work efficiency. They also incorporate features to prevent incomplete insertion of crimp contacts, reverse mounting on PCBs, and short-circuiting between adjacent contacts. The molded lance design simplifies assembly by integrating the lance into the housing, and the connectors are suitable for potting up to 5mm. The use of glass-reinforced resin in the pin header prevents solder cracks, ensuring durability in demanding environments.
