Overview
- Multi-purpose, compact I/O connector for industrial machinery.
- IEC Standard IEC 61076-3-124 compliant.
- Compact, robust, and supports high speeds.
- High EMC resistance.
Features
- Smaller Size, Greater Design Freedom: Offers a 75% size reduction compared to RJ45. The right angle receptacle provides even greater height reduction, allowing for 10mm pitch parallel mounting. Enables greater board design flexibility and is ideal for space reduction.
- Breakage Prevention: Metal lock latches won't break, and the shell is through-hole mounted. Reduces stress to SMT leads and prevents breakage from prying. Designed with vibration and impact resistance.
- Supports a Wide Range of Transmission Speeds: Supports Cat.5e (1Gbps/4 Pairs) and Cat.6A (10Gbps/4 Pairs) stable high-speed transmission. Used in various applications from Ethernet in FA equipment to medical devices.
- Ethernet and Others: Use Type A/C for Ethernet communications and Type B for Non-Ethernet communications, enabling a variety of connections.
- Superior Noise Resistance: Shell is crimped together and comes into direct contact with the receptacle's ground spring for shielding. Can be used safely in any operating environment.
- Easy, but Provides a Reliable Connection: Locking is completed by simply inserting the plug into the receptacle. Simple operation with easy lock release by pushing buttons while pulling out. Clear tactile click prevents incomplete mating.
- THR (Through-Hole Mounting) Compatible: Receptacle shell is mounted in through-holes for enhanced PCB mounting strength. THR mounting enables simultaneous reflow mounting with signal contact SMT, reducing board mounting time.
