DF40 Series Connectors
0.4mm Pitch, 1.5 to 4.0mm Height, Board-to-Board and Board-to-FPC Connectors
Features:
- High density mounting: Space-saving design with minimum connector width (3.38mm) and sufficient vacuum area for pick-and-place mounting.
- Multiple stack height options: Available in 1.5mm, 2.0mm, 2.5mm, 3.0mm, 3.5mm, and 4.0mm for application versatility.
- High contact reliability: Strong contact forces and an effective mating length of 0.45mm (on 1.5mm stacking height).
- Lock system: Prevents accidental unmating with a clear tactile click to ensure complete mating.
- Excellent self-aligning range: 0.33mm self-alignment provided by guide ribs.
- Reinforced structure with shock absorbing ribs: Both sides of the connector are reinforced.
- Solder wicking prevention: Nickel-plated barriers protect contact areas.
- Contamination resistant design: Covers contacts when mated to keep dust and debris away.
