JAE Electronics M120-55780
Product Overview
The JAE MX47 Series is a compact, high-density waterproof connector specifically developed for automotive applications. It shares a similar structure to the existing MX23A Series but offers a more compact design with a low height while maintaining equivalent or superior performance and applicable cable range. Key features include a guide key for secure mating, Pb-free compliant plating on pin terminals, and superior vibration resistance, making it ideal for harsh environments such as engine areas in both 2 and 4-wheeled vehicles.
The connector features a 2.5mm horizontal pitch and 3.6mm vertical pitch, designed as a 3-row board-to-wire connector with 39 positions and available different keying options. It incorporates a compact box-type socket terminal strong against external force, a simple front cap type retainer, and a pin terminal press-fit structure to prevent potting material leakage. The slim type pin terminal measures 0.5mm in thickness and 1.0mm in width.
