MINITEK Pwr 3.0 Connector System
The MINITEK Pwr 3.0 is a flexible and comprehensive connector system designed for power applications with a current rating of up to 5A per circuit. It offers a compact, robust, and versatile solution available in dual row (2 to 24 circuits) and single row (2 to 12 circuits) configurations. Key advantages include low insertion force for easy installation, positive locking for secure mating retention, fully polarized housings to prevent accidental mismating, and scoop-proof housings to protect terminals and header pins during angled mating. The system also features high retention force for well-secured terminals and offers a glow wire compliant option meeting IEC 60335-1 standards for household appliances. An optional Blind Mating Interface (BMI) allows for 2.54mm gatherability for blind mating, and the LCP material used has a UL94V-0 flammability rating. The connectors are RoHS compliant and lead-free, meeting environmental, health, and safety requirements.
