Precautions
Soldering Condition: Manual soldering: 29010C for 2 seconds. Recommended Flow: 250C for 3 seconds. Ensure a large bending radius for cables near the connector to prevent jacket breakage and wire exposure. Avoid applying stress to the cable while the connector and cable are still hot after soldering to prevent loosening of the jacket hold area. Allow the connector to return to room temperature before post-soldering operations.
Cleaning Condition: Refer to the Nylon Connector Use Handbook. Avoid solvents such as trichloroethylene that can damage the cable jacket. Do not use heat cleaning with solvents.
Connection Condition: Refer to the Nylon Connector Use Handbook.
