HRS KW30-6S-1V(800)
Product Overview
The KW30 Series connectors are 1mm pitch, single-row, center-lock, wire-to-board connectors, UL/C-UL Listed. They are designed for reliable connections in various electronic applications.
Usage Precautions:
- Recommended temperature profile for reflow soldering: Peak 250C Max. for 10 sec., Heating 220C Min. for 60 sec., Preheating 150-180C for 90-120 sec. Maximum 2 reflow cycles.
- Soldering iron temperature: 35010C, within 5 seconds.
- Recommended metal mask thickness: 0.1mm, Aperture Ratio: 100%.
- Board warpage: Maximum of 0.02mm at the center of the connector.
- IPA cleaning is allowed. Other cleaning agents require Hirose consultation.
- Avoid excessive pull force during unmating.
- Always turn off power before reinserting the connector.
- Do not touch terminals when electricity is flowing.
- Contact Hirose for cable assembly procedures or handling manuals.
- Specifications are reference values; review Drawing and Product Specifications sheets for ordering/usage.
- Use appropriate cables; contact Hirose for non-specified cables.
- Usage of non-Hirose identified jigs & tools may affect warranty.
- Contact Hirose for applications demanding high reliability (automotive, medical, etc.).
Crimping Precautions:
- Required documents prior to crimping include: Main Unit Instruction Manual, Applicator Instruction Manual, Applicator Spare Parts List, Crimp Conditions, Crimp Quality Standards, Hand Tool Operating Instructions, and Cable Assembly Procedures.
- Use tools designated by Hirose; non-specified tools are outside warranty.
- Applicable cables are tin-plated, soft copper stranded wires. Avoid solid wire, wires with polyester threads, or tin-coated wires. Do not crimp two cables together.
- Crimp height settings may vary based on core wire configuration.
- Contact Hirose for high/low temperature operating environment design.
