Recommended Temperature Profile: Peak temp 250C max, heating area 220C min for < 60 sec, preheating 150-180C for 90-120 sec. Max 2 times.
Recommended Manual Soldering: Soldering iron temp 350C 10C, time within 3 seconds.
Recommended Screen Thickness and Aperture Ratio: Thickness 0.1mm, aperture opening ratio 100%.
Warpage of the Board: Max 0.02mm at the center of the connector.
Cleaning Conditions: IPA cleaning allowed. Contact manufacturer for other cleaning agents.
