Product Overview

The RUGGED TIGER EYE SYSTEMS (1.27 mm / .050" Pitch) offer robust connectivity solutions with various ruggedizing options including screw down, locking clip, friction latching, and weld tabs. They feature shrouded, polarized, and keyed designs for reliable mating. Available in surface mount or through-hole configurations, these connectors are designed for high-density applications with a four-row design (FOLC/MOLC Series). Discrete wire assemblies are offered in single or double row configurations with 28 and 30 AWG PVC or Teflon Fluoropolymer insulation. Cable components and tooling are also available. These systems are Severe Environment Testing qualified, aligning with MIL-DTL-55302, and suitable for applications requiring increased unmating force with locking features.
