Product Overview
The DF51K Series is a 2mm pitch, positive lock, wire-to-board connector designed for reliable and flexible board-to-wire connections. It features a positive lock mechanism that provides a clear tactile click, ensuring secure mating and preventing incomplete connections. The series offers a wide variation of straight and right-angle types in single and double-row configurations, with gold and tin plating options to suit diverse application needs. Its design includes features like easy lock release with a center lock lever that increases in width with pin count, and visually and mechanically polarized components to prevent incorrect mating. The connectors are suitable for potting up to 3mm and utilize the same crimp tools as the DF11 Series, supporting cable sizes from 22 to 30 AWG. Certified by UL and C-UL, the DF51K Series is ideal for office equipment, industrial machinery, industrial robots, amusement equipment, and medical equipment.
