This product features gold plating in the mating area and tin plating in the terminal area with a thickness of 4-6 m. It adheres to DIN IEC 60286-3 for tape on reel packaging. The coplanarity of the connections is less than 0.1 mm. It is designed for SMT (Surface Mount Technology) with a specified PCB layout. A restricted area for conductors is defined for use with a 30 or 90 female connector.
