Usage & Application Scenarios:
- SMT Soldering Conditions: Recommended soldering iron temperature of 290 10C for a duration of 2 seconds. Screen thickness for SMT should be between 0.15 to 0.2mm. Board warpage in the connector center area should not exceed 0.03mm.
- Through-hole Soldering Conditions: Recommended flow soldering at 250 5C for 10 seconds, and manual soldering iron temperature of 290 10C for 2 seconds.
- Cleaning & Connection: Refer to the "Board-to-Wire Connector Guidelines" for cleaning and connection procedures.
- Precautions: Avoid inserting crimp terminals diagonally into IDC sockets to maintain performance. Do not insert or remove connectors when not mounted to the board to prevent damage. Do not remove the product by holding the cable. Avoid flux rising during hand soldering. Slight variations in mold coloration or black spots on the mold resin do not affect product performance.
