DF40 Series Connectors
The DF40 Series offers 0.4mm pitch, board-to-board and board-to-FPC connectors with stacking heights ranging from 1.5mm to 4.0mm. These connectors are designed for space-saving applications, featuring a minimum connector width of 3.38mm and a high-density mounting capability with a vacuum pick-up area for automated assembly. They provide high contact reliability with an effective mating length of 0.45mm and a robust locking system to prevent accidental unmating. The series also includes features like shock-absorbing ribs for reinforced structure, solder wicking prevention, contamination resistance, and RoHS compliance.
