SCORED TURRET TERMINAL BOARDS
Function: Terminal boards designed for easy separation into smaller sections.
Usage: Reduces production costs by eliminating tooling and setup charges for non-standardized boards. Terminals are securely staked and tinned for easy soldering.
Advantages: Scored for easy separation, mounting holes in each section, choice of materials and terminals.
Application Scenarios: Suitable for various electronic assembly needs where custom board sizes or easy segmentation is required.
Material Options
PBE: Paper base electrical, MIL-1-24768/20, Type XP natural, Temp. 250F (121C) max.
GEE: Glass epoxy, MIL-1-24768/27, Type G-10, Temp. 300F (155C) max.
Terminal Material
Brass, ASTM-B16, Tin Plate, MIL-T-10727. Other platings can be furnished.
Modifications
Boards can be modified with other materials or terminals of your choice. Marking can also be added. Quotations upon request.
