Product Overview
The 3M 891 Series IDC Ribbon Cable Socket is designed for reliable interconnectivity in applications requiring a .100" x .100" termination with a .050" cable pitch. This socket features a double-recessed cover for versatile cable termination from either side, virtually eliminating the need for single-recessed cover connectors. It offers military polarization with or without a center bump, and optional double-sided adhesive pull tabs for easy unplugging. Suitable for use with 26 and 28 AWG stranded wire, this socket is compatible with manual and semi-automatic assembly equipment.
