Safety Precautions
Crimping Method: Always use the specified Crimping Tool or Applicator. Refer to the instruction sheet for details.
Contact Insertion Method: Confirm orientation and insert contacts fully. Ensure lances are securely set in lance holes.
Contact Replacement Method: Use the XY2E-0003 Contact Removal Tool to press the lance and pull out the contact. Do not reuse removed contacts.
Attaching Lock Levers: Align holes with protrusions and ensure secure setting.
Precautions for Correct Use: When mating with XG4C Box Plugs, always use XG5U-0001 Lock Levers to prevent disconnection due to vibration or shock.
Storage: Avoid dusty, high humidity, or locations near ammonia or sulfide gases.
