HRS IX40G-A-10S-CVL2(7.0)
IX Series IEC Standard Compliant Next-Generation Industrial Transmission Connector
The IX Series is a multi-purpose, compact I/O connector designed for industrial machinery. It is IEC standard compliant (IEC 61076-3-124), compact, robust, and supports high-speed data transmission with excellent EMC resistance. Its key advantages include a 75% size reduction compared to RJ45, enabling greater design freedom and space saving. The connector features breakage prevention mechanisms, supports Cat.5e (1Gbps) and Cat.6A (10Gbps) transmission speeds, and offers Type A/C for Ethernet and Type B for non-Ethernet communications. Superior noise resistance is achieved through direct contact between the shell and the receptacle's ground spring. The locking mechanism is simple yet reliable, providing a clear tactile click for secure mating. It is also THR (Through-Hole Mounting) compatible for enhanced PCB strength and reduced mounting time.
