Product Overview
The Amphenol ICC QSFP DD interconnect system is a 76-position, 0.8mm pitch connector designed for high-speed serial applications. It supports aggregate bandwidth of up to 400Gb/s per port through an 8 x 50Gb/s electrical interface. The system offers backwards compatibility with QSFP28 modules, allowing them to be used in QSFP DD ports and connected to 4 of the 8 electrical channels. This makes it a leading multi-lane pluggable form factor for Ethernet, Fibre Channel, and InfiniBand applications. Key benefits include enabling 200G and 400G aggregate bandwidth per port, supporting up to 14.4Tb/s in a single switch slot, and offering multiple connector and heat sink configurations. It is MSA supported and RoHS compliant.
